Many companies that created brand and product experiences, who customarily communicated in analog or real-world communication before the virus, are now facing a new set challenge. Because traditional channels suddenly no longer work, questions arise: "WHAT do we actually communicate to our customers? And HOW and with WHAT formats should be used to best reach them? If online communication becomes the main form of sharing content, then this content must be of high quality. It should be appealing and perceived as relevant in order for it to stand out from the sea of content around it. What may sound difficult at first also holds a great opportunity.
